Ordering online
Once you have sent your shopping bag, we are alerted that it is in the system and deal with it as soon as we can. When payment is received, the item(s) will be sent to you by Royal Mail sign for & next day delivery. Some items will be arriving from Germany, and they will take up to 3 to 5 working days to receive. OSKA UK Online Team will send emails to inform you if the item/items are coming from Germany.

Returns
We hope you will love everything that you order from us, but don’t worry if something isn’t quite right, you have 14 days to return, or to exchange the same item for a different colour or size. We will give you a full refund by the same method you used to pay, and all we ask is that items are returned clean, unworn, and have all their tags on.

Please enclose your original receipt, fill in the returns note with your reason for returning the item, and if you would like to exchange, details of the new size or colour. A note explaining the reason for return and your address and phone number.
OSKA Trade Ltd. will not be held liable for lost parcels or for the cost of returning/exchanging goods.
Please note that items bought online cannot be refunded or exchanged in any of our stores.
Refunds
Once your return has been received, you will receive a full refund within 14 days. Please note that returns can take up to 14 days to reach us. At peak times, the return process may take a little longer.
Card Payments
After your return has been processed and approved by us, we will ask your bank to process a refund. Card refunds can take up to 10 working days depending on your bank's processing time – please note that we are unable to influence this.
PayPal
After your return has been processed and approved by us, we will credit your PayPal account and the refund will show on your PayPal statement after 3 working days. PayPal payments funded by a credit or debit card will be refunded to that card, and for payments funded with both a card and another funding source, the card portion will be refunded to the card and the remainder to the PayPal account.
Please try items on with care
If you decide to return something, please ensure that it is in perfect condition. This means...
- clean (no deodorant, perfume or make-up stains)
- unworn
- unwashed
Items returned to us in a non-sellable condition will not be refunded and may be sent back to you.
Exchanges and cancelling
You are only able to exchange or cancel an order before the order has been posted. Once an order has been posted, it must be returned at your own expense. Postage charges will only be refunded if the order is cancelled before it has been posted to you or if the order is not delivered during the time frame advised by us.
'Wish list items' and stock availability
'Wish list items' are items we do not carry in store and our customers may have seen them elsewhere and wish to order them. We do our best to source these items but not everything in the collection is reproduced and sometimes we are unable to get specific items customers are looking for.
We do receive top-up stock of our original order mid-season, so if the size/colour of the item you are looking for is sold out, please call us on 020 3808 8982 or 020 3808 9014 and we will put your name on our 'wish list' and call you if/when that item comes back in.
